How we approach projects
The implementation of an energy efficiency programme requires several steps, as well as many partners: designers, financial institutions, equipment manufacturers, entrepreneurs and energy suppliers. EEC solves the problem of the large number of partners by being the sole entity you would directly work with. Working with a single intermediary contributes significantly to simplifying operations and reducing the costs of putting projects into practice.
Our consultants bring in energy efficiency improvements from various investment perspectives, and work closely with clients in order to identify and prioritise energy saving opportunities, as well as to develop management processes so that feasible results can be obtained.
Through the energy efficiency projects designed and implemented for various clients, we secure the reduction of energy costs, so that the savings achieved ultimately cover the financing costs of the project.

General Manager
Anca is a Law graduate and holds an MBA degree from IEDC Bled School of Management. She has over 10 years of experience in business consulting and coordinated several projects for top Romanian and Bulgarian utility companies, addressing functional topics such as energy performance, implementation of smart meters and alternative technologies for gas and electric energy.
Energy expert
Valentin has a degree in Management and is an expert in Electrical Engineering. He has over 10 years of experience in energy consulting, coordinating projects for the audit and efficiency of energy consumption, the energy performance of private and state-owned companies, as well as the efficiency of public lighting. He has also coordinated projects for electricity and natural gas procurement, for both private and public entities.
Technical Manager
Gabriel is an expert in Electrical Engineering and Energy and Information Systems. With over 10 years of experience in the utilities sector, Gabriel has coordinated projects for the implementation of energy services in Romania for major utility providers, as well as projects for the implementation of smart meters and GIS (Geographic Information System).
Project Manager
Ioana has an Economics degree and over 15 years of professional experience in corporations, specialising in Marketing. She has worked for 10 years in Big4, where she was part of the Energy and Resources consulting team.
Office manager
Oana holds a degree in Law from the University of Bucharest. She has 8 years of experience in office management and communication, managing various projects, both for local and multinational companies.
